Looks like actor Mel Gibson is going to have to dig into his pockets deeper now that ex girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva and her legal eagles have won another victory against him.

According to TMZ.com, Grigorieva’s legal team is going to get $300k out of Gibson for her attorney’s fees. It’s said her team has more than 40 lawyers on it and the custody case already costs $3 million. So far it’s rumored she’s gotten over $ 1 million from Mel.

Poor Mel just can’t win here but he’s far from the poor house for sure.

These family/custody court battles when involving mega stars like Gibson can drag on for years but the courts look for the best solution for when children are involved.

Gibson has been dabbling back into the film business but his reputation is so tarnished it will take a miracle for people to warm back up to him. However, if he straightens out his personal life and does what he does best, act and direct, he might score an unprecedented comeback for a star.

That would be a movie in itself.
